RULES FOR SAFETY
For the 2023-2024 virtual school year, please adhere to the following:
Code of Conduct for Youth Participants
- Your clothing should be modest and appropriate when meeting in person or for any virtual sessions.
- Student’s screen must use correct names and appropriate backgrounds.
- Students remain on mute and only unmute when called upon.
- Students with questions use the “raise hand button.”
- Parents are strongly encouraged to attend, and students and families may not share the link to the virtual meeting with others.
- Please know that the sessions may be recorded for the safety of the participants and catechists.
For celebrations or events held in person in the school building or the CHURCH.
- NO FOOD, CANDY, SNACKS, BOTTLES, SODA, or drinks of any kind are to come into the building or CHURCH.
- All cell phones should be silenced and put away in a backpack or pocket when inside the building. Anyone who takes out a cell phone will be sent to the office and a parent will have to come to retrieve the cell phone.
- REMIND your child NOT to RUN on the STAIRS and to HOLD ON TO THE HANDRAILS.
- UNAUTHORIZED PERSONS ARE NOT ALLOWED INTO THE SCHOOL. If there is a problem, you should take your child to the Faith Formation Office.
- PLEASE, NOTIFY US IF YOU HAVE ANY CHANGE OF CONTACT or EMERGENCY information.
Check the email address you have on file with the Faith Formation office periodically for all updated information and announcements! It is your responsibility to keep up to date by checking your email.
